About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us") for using MenuQube. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use MenuQube for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Free trial and prices

  • New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
  • After the trial, the plan costs $10/month or $99/year. It includes one location, the owner, and one team member.
  • Each extra location costs $5/month ($50/year on yearly billing).
  • Each extra team member costs $3/month ($30/year on yearly billing).
  • Unlimited QR scans are subject to fair use. We may contact you if usage is unusually high.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices do not include taxes unless stated.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.

When a subscription ends

If your trial ends without a subscription, or your subscription is cancelled or unpaid, your public menu is paused and guests see a notice instead of your dishes. Your QR codes keep pointing to the same address, and your menu comes back when you subscribe again. We may delete content from accounts that stay inactive for a long time after telling you first.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your menu, including allergen and diet information, prices, and opening hours. MenuQube shows the information you enter and does not check it. Guests with allergies should always confirm with your staff.

You are responsible for your account, your password, and the actions of team members you invite.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload content, logos, and photos that you own or have the right to use.
  • Do not post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or harmful, or links to such content.
  • Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service.
  • Do not use MenuQube to send spam.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, display, and process it only to run MenuQube for you.

Service availability

We work to keep MenuQube running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to pause it for maintenance, and we may change or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

MenuQube is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or harm caused by inaccurate menu information. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell account owners about important changes. If you keep using MenuQube after a change, you accept the new terms.
