Who we are

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored in encrypted form), and the email addresses of team members you invite.
• Restaurant and menu content: restaurant names, addresses on the web, hours, dishes, prices, descriptions, allergen and diet information, messages, logos, and photos you upload.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, its status, and billing dates.
• Menu view counts: when guests open a menu or a dish, we count the view, along with the time and where the visit came from (for example a QR code or WhatsApp link). The app does not store guests' IP addresses or device IDs with these counts.

Like most online services, our hosting providers may briefly process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account and menus, process payments, show you insights about your menu, send service emails (such as team invitations), provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information.

Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to host and run MenuQube, including cloud hosting and database providers, file storage for menu photos, an email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. They process information only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep data

We keep your account and menu content while your account is open. Menu view counts are kept to show insights and may be deleted or summarized over time. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content within [NUMBER] days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or billing reasons.

Export or delete your data

Restaurant owners can export their menu as a CSV file from the dashboard at any time. To ask for a full copy of your data or to delete your account and data, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address on your account.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember choices such as your selected location and dismissed tips. On public menus, session storage is used so a single visit is counted only once. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

MenuQube accounts are for businesses and are not meant for children under 16.
